Purpose of the channel

The Personal Data Channel was created exclusively to receive requests related to the exercise of rights provided for in Law No. 13,709/2018, known as the General Personal Data Protection Law — LGPD.

Forwarding to the Data Protection Officer (DPO)

Requests regarding personal data will be forwarded to the Data Protection Officer, also called the DPO, who will review them and respond according to the deadlines, conditions and other provisions set out in the LGPD.

Use of data and identity verification

The personal data provided through this channel will be used solely to verify the requester's identity. If necessary, additional information may be requested to confirm the data subject's identity or the legitimacy of the request. If there are doubts about the requester's identity or the validity of the request, handling will remain suspended until these points are properly clarified.

Blucom as Controller or Processor

If Blucom is not the Controller of the personal data subject to the request, acting only as a Processor, the requester will be advised to direct the request to the relevant Controller.
